Debbie Richards

Debbie Richards, president of Creative Interactive Ideas, supports talent development clients with technology challenges. She updates her job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities (such as speaking at learning conferences); and participating in professional organizations. Debbie was named one of the most influential people in corporate e-learning for 2018. Passionate about working with and mentoring other learning professionals, Debbie is a past president of the ATD Houston chapter, and a past National Advisor for Chapters. She is the ATD Technology Conference Advisory Council chairperson for 2019.

Myra Roldan
Senior Instructional Designer, Amazon
Three time Award-winning Instructional Designer & author. Myra has an MBA, MSEd and a Bachelors of information Technology/Computer Science. One of her most innovative learning solutions received the 2017 Brandon Hall Award for Best Use of Games and Simulation (for General Motors). Myra advocates for the creation of learning ecosystems that integrate new technologies for learning and a variety learning theories to help learners experience flow which motivates them to learn.
Recent accomplishments include, acceptance of a Sr. Instructional Designer position at Amazon where we are building a Technical Academy to upskill Amazonians in non-technical positions with the necessary skills and knowledge to become Amazon Software Developers.

Sean Hickey
Lead Curriculum Developer, The Ohio State University
Sean Hickey is Lead Curriculum Developer at the College of Education and Human Ecology, The Ohio State University. He is also an Adjunct Professor, Education at Columbus State Community College.He is actively involved in several instructional design groups and associations at both the state and national level.

Roberta Dombrowski is the Lead Learning Experience Designer at The Predictive Index where she specializes in designing and developing digital learning experiences. In addition to her full-time role at The Predictive Index, she is currently working on her master of science degree in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University.
She was recently selected as a “30 under 30” learning leader for Elliott Masie’s Learning 2018 Conference.

Matt Sustaita
eLearning Curriculum Developer at Workday
Matt Sustaita is an eLearning Curriculum Developer at Workday. He specializes in using graphic design, Instructional Design, and motion design to build captivating learning experiences. After spending 7 years in the K12 sector and training teachers to meet the needs of all learners in their classroom, he transitioned into the corporate environment to bring his experiences into a broader setting. Matt possesses a Master’s in Education and is attending Boise State University to earn a certificate in Instructional Design.
